This Privacy Policy describes how SCDF WMS mobile app handles user interactions within our mobile application. The App allows users to log in, view training data, access a list of trainings, assessments, profile details, set up biometric authentication, provide consent, and generate invite codes. Importantly, we do not collect or store any personal information or training data on the App.

• Training Data: The App fetches training data, assessments, and other relevant details from a secure database and displays it to the user. This data is not collected or stored on the App.

b. Biometric Authentication

• Biometric Data: If enabled, the App uses biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, to verify the user. This data is stored locally on your device and not shared with us.

c. Invite Codes

• Invite Codes: Unique codes are generated by hitting an API to allow users to log in to the wearable app. These codes are temporary and not stored within the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

The App only accesses information to:

• Authenticate users and manage access through login.
• Display training data, list of trainings, assessments, and profile details fetched from the database.
• Enable biometric authentication functionality.

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information or training data within the App.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share or disclose your information, as no personal or training data is collected by the App. The App only displays data fetched from a secure external database.

5. Data Security

We ensure secure access to the database and use encryption protocols to protect the data fetched by the App. However, the App itself does not collect or store any user information.

6. Biometric Authentication Consent

By enabling biometric authentication, you consent to the use of your biometric data for login purposes. This data remains encrypted and stored locally on your device. You can disable biometric authentication at any time through the App settings.

7. User Rights

As the App does not collect or store any personal information, there are no data rights applicable to the App. For any issues related to data displayed in the App, please contact the administrator managing the database.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
